TERMS & CONDITION FOR REGISTRATION

By registering for DHA INDUS HILLS KARACHI, you agree to the following:

1. Registration does not guarantee allotment. Allotment will be subject to balloting or official selection processes.
2. The registration fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.
3. All information provided must be accurate and verifiable. DHA reserves the right to reject any form with incomplete or false information.
4. Registration is limited to one per CNIC unless otherwise specified by DHA.
5. DHA INDUS HILLS KARACHI reserves the right to amend the terms, timelines, and process without prior notice.
6. DHA shall not be held liable for any delays or changes due to legal, administrative, or regulatory decisions.
7. The registrant agrees to receive official communication through the contact details provided in the form.
8. Each applicant must use a valid CNIC or NICOP; duplicate entries under the same ID will not be entertained.
9. Any attempt to manipulate or provide false documents will lead to immediate disqualification.

10. DHA INDUS HILLS KARACHI reserves the right to revise the registration or allotment process if deemed necessary.
11. The transfer of registration rights (if allowed later) will be governed by DHA policy at that time.

Legal jurisdiction for any dispute will lie under the laws applicable in Pakistan.
